Teacher: I want you all to imagine that you are in a car on a hot day. Now here’s the problem. You’re very hot and you’re sweating. What will you do about it?

1st Boy: I’ll open the window.

Teacher: Good. Now, if the car is traveling at 94 kilometers per hour, how much air will come into the car?

1st Boy: Um .. Um … I don’t know.

Teacher: Let’s try another question. (He looks at the second boy.) The problem is the same: you’re in a car on a hot day. You feel hot, so what will you do?

2nd Boy: I’ll open the window.

Teacher: Right. Now, if the temperature outside the car is 40 degrees Celsius, what will the temperature inside the car be after five minutes?

2nd Boy: Um … Um … I don’t know.

Teacher: (He looks at the third boy.) What about you? Can you answer the question?

3rd Boy: Um … What was the problem again, please sir?

Teacher: You’re in a car on a hot day. You’re feeling hot, so what will you do?

3rd Boy: I’ll turn on the air conditioning.

Teacher: The car doesn’t have air conditioning.

3rd Boy: I’ll take off my jacket.

Teacher: You’re still feeling hot.

3rd Boy: I’ll take off my jacket and my shirt.

Teacher: You’re still too hot. You are sweating like a river.

3rd Boy: I’ll take off my jacket, my shirt and my shoes.

Teacher: It’s so hot that snakes and scorpions are dying!

3rd Boy: I don’t care how hot it is, sir. Even if I am dying, I will not open the window!
