Things not to do during a study break

Check e-mails - you'll end up answering them instead.
Check on brothers, sisters, parents etc. - you'll end up chatting and getting waylaid.
Phoning friends - you'll chat for ages.
Play games (video, ball, board, miniatures etc.) - you'll just get involved in them and forget to return.
Switching on the TV - you'll end up watching it.

All these things we can do

But only for 15 - 30 min break

انا كنت بعمل هيدي الاشيا بين المذاكره

وتكون متل البريك اللي

كرمال اطلع من جو المذاكره شوي و بعدين ارجع

بس المهم الواحد ما ينسى حاله

والنص ساعه تصير ساعه او ساعتين

The best thing a person
should do in the break
is eat.
At one point u HAVE to feel full
and then force yourself to go
back to studying. Wink

دموعة ئلك شغلي انا وعم ادرس باخد بريك شي ساعة او نص بروح شوى عالايميل او عالمطبخ
بس ما باخد كل الوئت لانو بعرف شو عليي
